Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software
Engineering to lead a team focused on document management systems
and OCR technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers while overseeing the
development and delivery of document management and OCR
solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and
ensure timely delivery of solutions
Evaluate and implement the latest OCR technologies and drive
innovation through AI/ML techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-3
years in a leadership role
Strong background in document management systems and OCR
technologies
Hands-on experience with OCR platforms such as AWS Textract or
Microsoft Azure Form Recognizer
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and developing
cloud-native applications
