Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecom Customer Service
Representative to provide support to users regarding
telecommunications networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to end user inquiries and resolve problems associated with
telecommunications networks and systems
Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and
vendors for resolution
Develop and maintain documentation of all activities related to
user support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or
applications programming
Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
Proficient in using various software packages, including Microsoft
Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines
simultaneously
