• Lead and drive the successful on-time delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches, managing schedules, scopes, and budgets of Retail Wireless initiatives.
• Ensure top-to-bottom coordination in launch planning, go-to-market, and provide support during post-launch windows.
• Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a proactive manner with appropriate upstream and downstream communications.
• Prioritize team workload, balancing priorities and skill sets to ensure coordination in an aggressive delivery environment.
• Conduct and lead team meetings to achieve project goals, obtain feedback, and secure approvals for requirements documents.
• Provide project status updates to the team and executives, acting as a business lead collaborating with IT to ensure proper representation and understanding of business impacts.Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or business discipline.
• 8+ years of program management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the wireless industry is preferred.CompensationWe offer competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year, as well as versatile health perks, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
