• Manage a team of Program Managers, overseeing the timely and successful delivery of complex project launches, and ensuring coordination in launch planning, go-to-market, and post-launch activities.
• Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues, providing proactive upstream and downstream communications.
• Prioritize team workload, balancing priorities and skill sets to ensure the team's coordination in an aggressive delivery environment.
• Lead team meetings, achieving project goals, obtaining feedback, and securing approvals for requirements documents.
• Provide project status updates to the team and executives, acting as a business lead collaborating with IT to ensure proper representation and understanding of business impacts.Requirements
  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline.
  • 8+ years of program management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
