Job Summary:

DISH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Retail Wireless team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Program Managers and driving the on-time and successful delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches. Your expertise in schedule, scope, and budget management will be crucial in ensuring the launch of Retail Wireless initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate top-to-bottom launch planning and provide support during post-launch windows. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Program Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Retail Wireless initiatives.
• Coordinate launch planning and provide support during post-launch windows.
• Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
• Prioritize team workload to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct team meetings to achieve project goals and secure approvals for requirements documents.
  Requirements:
  
  • 8+ years of program management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
