Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, review, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll
processing for multiple entities using ADP Workforce Now
Reconcile payroll withholding accounts and ensure compliance with
federal and state tax reporting requirements
Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with payroll audits and
related reporting
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of professional accounting experience,
particularly in payroll processing and tax compliance
Advanced skills in payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and
timeliness
Experience managing complex accounting projects in a nonprofit
setting
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with accounting
software like Unit4
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
in a dynamic environment
