Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Services
Representative to serve as the first HR point of contact for
inquiries and issues related to HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming HR inquiries via electronic
requests and calls
Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications and
troubleshoot non-technical inquiries
Maintain records of customer contacts and perform basic data
analysis
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of human resources or customer service experience
Experience with human capital management systems or call tracking
systems is a plus
