Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Manager, GTM Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and improvement of the global GTM Enablement
Instructional Design team
Manage the GTM product release process to deliver product
enablement to the GTM organization
Engage with stakeholders to ensure instructional programs meet
ongoing needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a GTM Enablement, Instructional Design, or Product
Enablement role
3+ years of experience managing people across multiple teams
Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and
development
Keen understanding of the GTM (Sales and Customer Success)
audience
Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology
sector
