Role Overview: Grow your career with a team that shares your desire to make a difference. - Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Inpatient Registered Dietitian to join our UCHealth Southern Region Dietitian Team, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. -The Southern Region includes Memorial Hospital Central, Memorial Hospital North, and Grandview Hospital which is -600 beds. Memorial Hospital Central has a Level 1 Trauma designation along with other national certifications including stroke, cardiovascular and orthopedic care. - Incentives: Reimbursement of Academy Dues, CDR and Licensure What You'll Do: Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the successful candidate will: -

• Be a Registered Dietitian with experience in acute care and/or long-term nutrition care (nutrition support experience preferred); -
• Engage in physician and multidisciplinary team rounding on patient care units;
• Educate health care team member, including physicians and nurses; and food service staff;

Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) - For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) - - Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
