*Schedule:* Monday through Thursday per week and 1 Saturday per month

*Base Wage:* $52 to $55 per hour plus daily bonuses.

*Bonus eligibility:* Up to an additional *$4,000* in annual compensation via select bonus programs.

*Signing Bonus:* As an incentive, providing a *$5,000* signing bonus.

*Loyalty Bonus:* As an incentive, providing a *$7,500* loyalty bonus.

*Retirement:* Provides up to a 4% match of your salary into your 401K beginning on 1st anniversary of employment. For example, if your earnings are $100,000 and you contribute 5% into your 401K, we will contribute $4,000.

Requirements:
* Active Colorado Hygiene License
* Local Anesthesia Permit
* Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
* Committed to working 1 Saturday per month
* Passion for oral health education and putting patients first
* Comfortable with treatment planning Perio and Restorative needs
