*** $500 SIGN-ON BONUS ****Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN*The Gardens is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. We are a small 45-bed facility located on the west side of Colorado Springs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your role will involve assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.Your duties will include but are not limited to:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care- Provide education and support to patients and their families- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summariesSkills:- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques- Experience in occupational health or critical care is a plus- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism- Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenIf you are a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $48.00 - $54.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceAbility to Relocate:* Colorado Springs, CO 80904: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
