Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Technical Support Specialist
(B2B SaaS) to provide technical support to clients via email, with
weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide accurate
solutions
Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams
Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to enhance
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as
tech support or clinical treatment
Experience in a clinical position within a healthcare
environment
Knowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies
Highly analytical mindset with troubleshooting abilities in
software
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
