You will work under the supervision of an RN and collaborate with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care.Responsibilities include taking patient vitals, performing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN supervisor. You will also assist the RN in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.To be a successful Licensed Practical Nurse, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado. Additionally, you must have CPR certification, a Covid-19 vaccination card, and proof of flu vaccination during flu season.
