Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services remotely to patients
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Utilize telehealth technology for patient communication and care delivery

Required Qualifications

Master's level degree in a relevant field
Independently licensed therapist in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work from home space that ensures patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, proficiency in other languages a plus
