Job Description:

A company is looking for an Rx Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure superior care of patients by processing prescriptions and providing member support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies through various communication channels
Process prescriptions accurately and timely under supervision in a call-center environment
Manage daily tasks to meet department performance metrics and maintain detailed case documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required
Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
