Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, assisting customers with
inquiries and maintaining detailed records
Coordinate with insurance verification and center staff to assist
patients and schedule procedures
Organize time effectively to meet scheduling and quality goals
while maintaining composure in difficult situations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred 1 year of experience in customer service
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with high-speed
internet
Commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional
development
Willingness to accept and implement change positively
