Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Care Team Lead responsible
for overseeing a team of Inbound Clinical Specialists while also
assisting patients.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and coach an assigned team of employees
Ensure high-quality phone calls and achieve predefined metrics
Monitor patient queues and respond promptly to inquiries
Required Qualifications
Six months of inbound clinical experience while meeting all KPIs
and SLAs
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Docs/Sheets
Able to coach and motivate employees through positive
communication
Flexible and adaptable to new situations and environments
Disciplined and self-motivated with a drive to learn rapidly
