A company is looking for a Sr Healthcare Associate to join their
Advanced Tasking team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with service level agreements for complex
insurance authorizations
Meet or exceed performance targets while handling 200+ tasks per
week
Support patients with authorization, scheduling, and coordination
of complex health procedures
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years managing referrals and navigating complex
insurance portals and orders
Experience in a national healthcare organization with knowledge of
regional complexities
Proficiency in various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
