Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Navigator
responsible for serving as a single point of contact for patients
and caregivers regarding clinical and reimbursement
interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide adherence services and virtual injection training
support
Coordinate patient care planning and identify barriers to care
Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide product information
and support
Required Qualifications
Current unrestricted nursing license in the United States
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
Case management experience preferred
Ability to obtain licensure in all 50 states
