Job Description:
A company is looking for an Autism Services Navigator to screen
beneficiaries for eligibility and coordinate care services.
Key Responsibilities
Screen beneficiaries to determine eligibility for the Autism Care
Demonstration program
Develop and monitor individualized comprehensive care plans in
collaboration with beneficiaries, families, and providers
Advocate for beneficiaries to ensure access to necessary care and
specialized services
Required Qualifications
2 years of case management or autism care experience
At least one year of clinical experience with behavioral health or
pediatrics
3 years of direct clinical care experience
Current, unrestricted licensure as an RN or LCSW in an approved
state
Must obtain a case management certification within four years of
hire
