Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Support
Coordinator for their Specialty Clinic, responsible for managing
administrative operations and supporting clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and improvement of clinical and
operational workflows
Collaborate with IT teams to manage remote access to external EHRs
and troubleshoot technical issues
Coordinate physician schedules and manage customer service
communications with patients and providers
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical
school (preferred)
Two years of relevant experience or training (preferred)
No specific certification or licensure required
