• Certification Details
• Required for Med/Surg, OB/L&D, OR, & ER RNs, Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy staff
• Required for Acute LPNs
• Not required for LTC
• ARC, AHA, or United States Department of Defense only
• AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) only
• Required for OB/L&D Nursing and All Respiratory Therapy
• Preferred for Med/Surg, ICU, OR, ER, Pharmacy and clinical staff
• Not required for Lab
• TNCC Provider Verification Card required for ER
• Preferred for Med/Surg, ICU, OB Nursing, Pharmacy staff and clinical staff
• Medical Lab Technicians are required to have ASCP or AMT
• Aya HIPAA Required
• For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable
• Required for OB and Labor and Delivery Nursing
