  • Reason for need: 7 long standing vacancies
  • Shift Coverage: 24 hours in-house, 7a - 7a
  • Permanent Hire
  • Beds in Facility: 603
  • Board Certified Required
  • Active CO License Required
  • Will accept those that need to apply
  • NNP-BC - Required
  • Midlevel: APP support daily (24 hours in-house)
  • NICU Bed Size: CR-4 beds; LAH-14 beds; PAH-12-beds
  • Average Daily Census: ADC ranges from 2 to 7 at all 3 facilities
  • Annual births - CR-950; LAH-1,500; PAH-1,250
  • C-Section Rate: 30%
  • EMR: Epic & PremiEHR
  • PICU/NICU Level: Level II and Leve l III NICU coverage
  • No Call
  • Weekend Required
  • Responsibilities:
    • Round on NICU patients
    • Attendance at deliveries
    • Well newborn coverage
    • Circumcisions
    • Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month: 7/month
    • Temps Available
    • NNP rotates between facilities. All three located in South Denver
      • 14-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 7 and plans for future expansion
      • 12-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 5
      • 4-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3
