  • Weekend REQ: YES PER UNIT NEEDS, 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period

  • Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? YES to all med surge units

  • Ratios: 1:5 DAYS; 1:6 NIGHTS

  • Special Requirements: EPIC EXP REQ; General med surge patients, neurosurgical, we do get a large amount of back surgery patients and some orthopedic patients, primarily hips, knees and shoulders.

          • Proof of Name Change: Older documents with prior name are acceptable with proof of name change.
          • ACLS may be required for RRTs depending on facility. CL: Confirm with AM if needed.
          • LOCAL BILL RATE IS $5 LESS IF CANDIDATE LIVES LESS THAN 75 MILES FROM FACILITY
