Assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Innovate Talent Pipeline Solutions using I-O psychology principles
for prehire and skills assessments
Develop and sustain a skills architecture to support a skills-based
talent strategy
Manage the assessment portfolio, ensuring alignment with
skills-based strategy principles
Required Qualifications
PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology
5+ years of experience in the private sector applying academic
research to business challenges
Expertise in psychometrics and assessment design
Strong skills in data analysis and research methods
Understanding of DEI in assessment and psychological theory
