Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Clean Energy to lead and
execute a nationwide clean energy initiative focused on equitable
implementation of federal laws.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act and
Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for clean energy projects
Engage with public agencies and community organizations to maximize
federal clean energy funding impact
Oversee a team of attorneys, providing legal guidance and support
for clean energy initiatives
Required Qualifications
Law degree (J.D.) with strong academic achievement
8+ years of experience in clean energy, environmental, or
regulatory law, with at least 5 years in leadership
Direct experience with the Inflation Reduction Act and clean energy
tax credits
Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
Commitment to advancing racial and environmental justice through
legal strategies
