Job Description:
A company is looking for an Earth Sciences Information
Technology Project Manager/Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile
principles
Identify and resolve impediments to team progress while fostering a
collaborative environment
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding team progress
and challenges
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in earth sciences, Library Science, Data Science,
Software Engineering, or Computer Science
At least six years of experience in life cycle management of
environmental data records
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, R,
Scala, Java, or JavaScript
Understanding of AWS architectures and serverless
implementations
