Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to lead a team
responsible for finance strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations and
managing recruitment
Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management
reporting processes
Produce financial reports and lead special projects while ensuring
compliance with accounting policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant
experience, or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance
management
Leadership skills to empower teams and achieve operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
