Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Learning in the
Education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Create vision and strategy for sales skill development for various
roles
Organize and facilitate training programs based on team needs
Oversee new hire training and manage ongoing professional
development for sales personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in K12 education sales or learning and
development roles
Experience managing teams and setting vision for learning and
development
Master's degree preferred
Experience as a client partner or education success partner is a
plus
