Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Director to oversee payroll
activities and provide strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for payroll processes
and initiatives
Manage overall payroll functions, including processing, tax
reporting, and compliance
Coach and develop the payroll team while collaborating with key
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of multi-state payroll experience
Bachelor's degree required; Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
preferred
Leadership and project management experience required
End-to-end payroll experience required
Strong knowledge of payroll software, HCM, and timekeeping
software
