Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Manager, Math
(K-12).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Math Instructional Designers, providing
guidance and professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build digital programs
and maintain relationships with external vendors
Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of creativity and
collaboration in product development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology,
Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
1+ years of management experience with direct reports
Expertise in Instructional Design with practical application in
education
Experience with various design authoring tools and Learning
Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency in creating interactive materials and competency in
HTML and CSS
