Key Responsibilities
Create and manage a training plan for Business Development
Representatives (BDRs)
Oversee outbound appointment campaign execution and track campaign
success
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure program
success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of related experience
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams
High integrity and strong work ethic
