Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Performance
Suite Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Client & Product teams to develop strategic approaches
for value-based care
Analyze capitated risk partnerships, focusing on cost and usage
trends
Communicate actionable conclusions from analyses to internal and
external audiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major or healthcare focus
3-5 years of claims-based healthcare analytics experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to read and write queries
independently
Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies is
preferred
