A company is looking for a Manager of Performance & Engagement
to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement teammate engagement initiatives and
programs
Oversee performance management systems and evaluate mentorship
programs
Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of engagement and
performance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development or
related field; Master's preferred
8+ years of experience in workforce development and program
design
Experience with performance management systems, preferably Workday
or StandOut
Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making
Certification in strengths-based assessment tools preferred
