Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Proposal
Development to drive strategic RFP responses for the Public Sector
and Commercial Strategic market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the proposal team for Public Sector and Commercial
Strategic market segments
Coach and guide proposal staff through the RFP development process
and public sector requirements
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure high-quality,
competitive proposals are submitted on time
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing RFPs in the PBM or health care
industry
10+ years of experience managing complex proposal projects in the
PBM or health care industry
10+ years of experience managing proposal teams within the PBM or
health care industry
Experience in the Public Sector market segment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and
Point
