Location: Arvada, CO
Type: 5-month Contract to Hire
Shift/Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $31/hour starting

Overview: Established Environmental Science Company located in Arvada, CO is hiring a Client Service Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in project management and client interactions. If you want to be a part of this dynamic growing team, please apply!

Responsibilities: Perform all client communication on sample status, updates as they arise, field questions from clients etc.
Work with the lab to determine appropriate timelines for sample analysis/return to the client.
Complete a report of sample results once analysis is complete.
Manages, reviews, and records through LIMS for purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change order requests.
Verifies that lab compound lists and limits meet project requirements for new projects not quoted.
Communicates project details to operations.
Communicates any issues to clients for duration of the project.
Creates and issues final report by client due date.
Reviews invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
Takes new quote requests from clients.
Work with CSM to communicate lab capabilities to the client.
Follow up calls and visits with clients.
Initiates project QAPP review with operations, QA, and subcontract labs as needed.


Requirements: BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or related field
1 year of client-relationship/customer service experience
Prefer some bench chemist or field experience
Requires additional lab training in methods and QA across multiple departments
