A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Strategy &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth initiatives for partnerships with
health plans
Manage the team focused on revenue growth from strategic payer
partnerships
Serve as a subject matter expert on payer reimbursement integration
across various channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in health plan and payer strategy and
execution
Experience contracting with or on behalf of health plans
Knowledge of health plan network operations and reimbursement
models
Track record of achieving goals within highly-matrixed
organizations
Ability to work collaboratively across functions at all levels
