Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Account Management
to create an account management team and drive customer
success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance
customer engagement and satisfaction
Lead and mentor the account management team to achieve performance
targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in account management or customer success,
with 5 years in a leadership role
Experience managing an account volume of $500M-$1B, preferably in
LTO/BNPL
Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools
