Job Description:

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Manager to oversee statistical programming aspects of clinical activities.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the execution and quality of projects managed by Functional Service Providers (FSPs)
Ensure FSP programming meets quality, compliance, timeline, and productivity expectations
Provide technical consultancy and guidance to FSP Study Lead Programmers on Amgen processes and tools


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of statistical programming experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a relevant scientific subject preferred
6+ years of statistical programming experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of SAS/Graph and Stat packages
Experience with regulatory submissions and clinical trial processes
