Key Responsibilities
Identify and build products and programs to improve conversion and
customer retention
Oversee website testing and in-app onboarding experiences to drive
activation and retention
Partner cross-functionally to drive measurable results and
implement best practice analytics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience driving product-led growth
Successful track record of defining, building, and launching growth
products
Ability to use data and customer feedback to prioritize resources
and quantify impacts
Experience with analytics for web and mobile products
Ambitious self-starter capable of working independently with
minimal direction
