Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of AR to oversee and
optimize the Accounts Receivable Department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the AR Team, promoting
collaboration and continuous improvement
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
drive productivity initiatives
Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership and key
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a
healthcare environment
5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Experience managing remote team members
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with Medicare,
Medicaid, and Third-Party billing
Experience managing an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts
Receivable (AR)
