A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Sales Operations to

optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement sales quotas, territories, and account
alignments
Oversee sales performance reporting and conduct regular
productivity analyses
Identify and implement automation opportunities in the sales
process
Qualifications and Education
Proven experience in sales operations leadership roles
Strong background in sales performance management and data
analytics
Expertise in designing and implementing sales quotas and incentive
plans
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics,
Operations, or related field; MBA preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
