Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives
in E-Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through project phases from ideation to
completion
Create ROI models and assist in driving long-term strategy based on
business needs
Communicate KPIs and provide topline weekly business insights
across teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a highly
analytical or consulting role
At least 5 years of direct or indirect leadership experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing
technology
Experience contributing to financial decisions and driving product
roadmaps
Understanding of demand forecasting and experience driving growth
through paid channels
