A company is looking for a Senior Director of Value-Based Care
(VBC) and Risk Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize performance across government and commercial
risk contracts
Develop data-driven action plans to improve VBC performance and
enhance operational excellence
Oversee the management and performance of the AHN Accountable Care
Organization (ACO)
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in value-based care and risk management
Health plan or managed care experience
Solid Medicare and clinical program experience
In-depth knowledge of value-based care models and healthcare
reimbursement methodologies
Proven analytical skills to interpret complex healthcare data
