Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Operational
Design Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Operational Design Team to ensure successful
project execution
Develop global business relationships and contribute to functional
goal setting
Provide strategic leadership to enhance operational planning
capabilities across Global Development Operations
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant
experience
11 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related
field, including 8 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
5+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of operationalizing clinical development
programs in a global setting
Experience in strategic leadership and consulting with key
stakeholders
