Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Delivery Manager to
drive the successful delivery of software development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple software development projects or workstreams
Facilitate the development of Agile practices and remove
impediments for effective delivery
Own the reporting of delivery success metrics and ensure alignment
with organizational strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or
Delivery Manager
Good understanding of software system design, development, and
delivery processes
Deep understanding of multiple Agile frameworks with hands-on
experience
Strong experience with delivery and go-to-market methods and
metrics
Advanced knowledge of Agile tools, such as Jira, with the ability
to customize workflows
