Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Audit & CAPA to oversee
audit and oversight activities related to Patient Services
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of auditors and oversee internal and external audit
activities
Implement an effective internal audit program and generate
assessment documentation
Evaluate corrective and preventive actions and provide
recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related audit or investigation experience in
life sciences or healthcare
Leadership experience preferred
Current ISO 9001:2015 or Quality auditing certification
preferred
Prior project management and process development experience
