Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Account Manager to manage
technology for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technology contact for operations, sales, and
external clients
Partner with client leadership to execute technology strategies and
ensure quality customer support
Lead assessments to identify innovative technology solutions for
operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years managing Information Technology or project teams
Experience in Account Management with significant client
interaction
5+ years of experience in a call center environment; knowledge of
Avaya and Cisco infrastructure preferred
Thorough knowledge of network protocols, desktop operating systems,
and troubleshooting techniques
Certifications such as a degree in Computer Science or Microsoft
Certified Product Specialist (MCPS) preferred
