Transaction Management Director - Real Estate

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Transaction Management Director - Dispositions to lead commercial real estate disposition transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee team activities, including scheduling, task assignments, and staff development
Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project scope and priorities
Evaluate financial analysis, prepare client reports, and administer quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
Previous experience in commercial real estate transactions and managing a dispositions program
Real Estate Salesperson license required
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
