Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Mainframe Batch
Operations to oversee IT teams and manage day-to-day functions
related to batch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction to senior managers and team resources while
enhancing communication with clients and departments
Manage project documentation, ticket queues, and facilitate large
projects
Participate in client onboarding, optimize batch processing, and
improve system reliability
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or
equivalent work experience
Knowledge of batch management and mainframe console monitoring
Understanding of system IPL processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
